Due Today & Overdue

Today's Events

Inbox

Captured items that couldn't be auto-assigned. Each shows what the AI understood — adjust and accept, or convert.

Tasks

Manual entry bypasses parsing entirely — direct and precise.

Weekly Review

One pass through everything that's drifting. Ten minutes, once a week, keeps the whole system honest.

Pipeline Console

Ordered by urgency: overdue → confirm → nearest timeout. Fuse = time to timeout.

Every waiting state has a timeout. Account open ≠ done — funded = done.
Update path: capture the delta from anywhere — "pipeline: P-007 call happened…" — and this board updates itself.

Calendar

Your events, Google Calendar, and task due dates in one place.

Capture

Checking server capabilities…

iPhone: open /capture in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. See the docs folder for the Share-Sheet Shortcut that captures from Claude and ChatGPT chats.

Google Calendar

Read-only sync. In Google Calendar (web): Settings → click your calendar under "Settings for my calendars" → Integrate calendar → copy the Secret address in iCal format. Paste one URL per line. Syncs every 30 minutes.

Morning push (ntfy)

A daily briefing on your lock screen: top 5 focus items, today's events, stale domains, inbox count — plus a same-day alert when a domain goes stale. Setup: install the free ntfy app (App Store), tap + → Subscribe to topic, and enter the topic below. The topic name is the only password — keep it long and random.
